Welcome to Recruit Train Retain, a China-focused recruitment powerhouse specializing in the rec-to-rec landscape. Our journey began in 2008, during the global financial crisis, under the leadership of Julia Correa, an Australian recruitment expert with a knack for spotting opportunities.

As we emerged from the global financial crisis, Julia saw an opportunity—a gap in the market. There was significant demand for new talent, but no rec-to-rec firms in China at that time. Recognizing this untapped potential, Julia proactively founded Recruit Train Retain.

For two years, Julia skillfully led the company, establishing a solid reputation in the recruitment world. Her leadership was instrumental in laying the foundation for our success. In 2011, she handed over the reins to Matthew Worrall, who has been driving the firm's growth and success ever since.
