About Our Client

Our client is a boutique sized regional recruitment company based in Shanghai and Greater China. Due to outstanding performance and increased demand, they now require a highly motivated, top-billing 360-degree recruitment consultant to join their growing FMCG Practice with a focus on Marketing.

Your Role:

Your role will be responsible for:

360-degree recruitment including business development, candidate sourcing and case delivery.
Leverage existing accounts whilst also developing new ones to grow the business.
Constantly manage and grow your candidate pool, gather market intelligence and widen your industry knowledge.

Your Profile:

The successful candidate will be a hands on 360 degree consultant, a proven biller with at least 3 years’ experience in FMCG with a focus on Marketing. You are an optimistic, open-minded and ambitious professional who is looking for an encouraging working environment. You want to achieve personal development at the same time as you meet your targets.
